Returns & Pricing Policy

RETURNS

You may withdraw from your purchase agreement within 7 calendar days of receiving your goods, without providing a reason, subject to the terms set out below.

To initiate a return, you must notify LAURANCE LEON in writing. A Return Form is available for download from our website for your convenience, although its use is not mandatory.

Where an order is delivered in multiple consignments, the cancellation period begins on the date you receive the final item in your order. Once your cancellation has been notified, the goods must be returned to LAURANCE LEON within 7 calendar days.

LAURANCE LEON endeavours to process all eligible returns within 60 hours of receipt. During promotional or sale periods, please allow up to 7 calendar days for processing.

Where returned goods are received more than 7 calendar days after notification of cancellation, LAURANCE LEON reserves the right to decline the refund, subject always to your statutory rights.

All items from the same order must be returned in one shipment, accompanied by the relevant Return Pro-forma Invoice enclosed within the parcel.

RETURN SHIPPING

Returns should be made using our designated shipping partner, DHL Express, with the prepaid return label supplied with your order, where applicable.

LAURANCE LEON cannot accept responsibility for goods returned through unauthorised or alternative shipping methods. The applicable return address is clearly stated on the pre-printed return label provided with your order.

Your use of an alternative courier does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.

RETURN CONDITIONS

For hygiene, quality-control, and product-protection purposes, we are unable to accept returns where:

* The item has been worn, used, damaged, altered, or exposed to harmful substances or conditions.
* Any LAURANCE LEON security or identification tags have been removed.
* The item has been soiled, marked, or damaged as a result of wear and tear or improper handling.

If you receive an item that appears damaged, defective, or is missing its original tags, please contact us immediately upon receipt.

We strongly recommend inspecting all items carefully before use and before removing or discarding any packaging, protective materials, or product tags.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & DUTIES

For orders delivered outside the European Union (EU), customs duties, import charges, and applicable sales taxes are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers located outside the EU are responsible for any additional customs duties, import charges, or taxes that may arise when placing a replacement order.

We do not offer direct exchanges for alternative styles or colours. Instead, customers may return the original item for an eligible refund and place a new order for their preferred style or colour.

Please note that any applicable duties, taxes, or import charges may be incurred again on a replacement order.

Eligible products that are returned correctly, in their original condition, and without damage will be refunded to the original payment method, excluding applicable delivery charges, subject to these Returns & Pricing Policy terms and applicable law.

Customers may be charged in USD, GBP, EUR, JPY, AED, HKD, KRW, CNY, AUD, or CAD, depending on the applicable shipping destination and website region.

Where your payment method operates in a different currency, the final amount charged may vary according to the exchange rate applied by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider on the date of purchase.

The website region and currency displayed to you may be determined by your location and IP address.

PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS

* Promotional or discount codes are personal to the applicable order and cannot be transferred to a subsequent order unless expressly stated otherwise.
